It is understood that the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has issued the "Technical Specifications for Online Monitoring of Metering Performance of Public Charging Facilities for Electric Vehicles (Big Data Accounting Method)" (JJF (E) 106-2023), which will be implemented on March 1, 2024. This technical specification was completed by the Marketing Service Center of State Grid Hubei Electric Power Co., Ltd. in conjunction with Hubei Institute of Measurement and Testing Technology, Wuhan Institute of Measurement and Testing (Research) and other units. It is the first online monitoring of charging piles in China based on big data accounting methods. Local metering technical specifications innovatively solve the problem of online monitoring of charging pile metering performance.
